The Integrated Education Fund is delighted to learn that one of its long standing supporters, Margaret Marshall, is to be awarded the British Empire Medal “for services to Integrated Education in Northern Ireland”.
Margaret played a pivotal role in the establishment of Millennium Integrated Primary School, a school which has gone from strength to strength due to parental demand in its local community. Through her tireless work, Margaret has represented the views and been the voice of many parents who wish for their children to attend an integrated school.
Margaret is also a keen and loyal fundraiser for the IEF and we extend our warmest congratulations on this richly deserved honour.
