The Department of Education has produced guidance, Integration Works to support schools that wish to consider transformation to integrated status. NICIE, in partnership with the IEF, will be hosting an information event for principals, teaching staff, governors, parents and the wider community who wish to find out more about the integrated option.
This event will take the format of a conference with group discussions around the theme of transformation. Schools that have gone through the process will highlight their experiences, with input from principals, governors and parents. A panel will answer questions posed, and facilitated discussions will follow to explore future educational possibilities.
