Transformation

|
The Integrated Education Fund (IEF) can offer help, advice and financial support on how your school can explore change through transformation Many schools have found changing, from sharing between schools, to sharing within a school, a natural step for them because it was part of their own evolution. The journey of change or transformation often begins with a desire by a Principal and their Board of Governors to explore how their school has evolved and their hopes for its future. |
You may find it useful to talk to other Principals who have already explored and chosen transformation because it was a natural path for them. If so, the IEF Grants Officer can help to connect you to those who have so much experience to share. You can do this by contacting Chris Jenkins on:
028 9033 0031 or email chris@ief.org.uk
