Places Needed To Meet Demand

The two most over-subscribed schools in Northern Ireland are integrated: Slemish Integrated College, in Ballymena, had 93 more first-choice applicants than could be accommodated, whilst Lagan College, in Castlereagh, turned away 87 pupils who had put them first on their list. And the primary school which turned away the highest number of first-choice applicants – 21 - was Bridge Integrated Primary School in Banbridge.  read more
