Baroness May Blood, Campaign Chair of the Integrated Education Fund, attended a special reception in New York this week to thank donors in the USA for their support.
Baroness Blood was a guest of the Northern Ireland Bureau and the American Ireland Fund and the social campaigner was glad to update donors on the latest work of the IEF in promoting integrated education. Belfast actress Geraldine Hughes was also present to celebrate the work of the Integrated Education Movement, and after the reception guests moved on to the Irish Repertory Theatre to see Geraldine starring in a performance of Brian Friel’s Molly Sweeney.
