A poll of parents in the Derry~Londonderry area has shown that most would prefer a school for their children which is openly welcoming to pupils from all sections of the community, with 71% confirming that they would support their local school becoming integrated.
The IEF commissioned independent polling company LucidTalk to carry out this micro-poll and responses were received from 186 parents, with at least one child under the age of 12, living in the Derry~Londonderry area.
The local community are now invited to an online event hosted by the Integrated Education Fund and Lucid Talk on Thursday 29 April at 12.30pm to hear more about the research and to ask any questions.
The IEF and LucidTalk would be delighted to see as many as possible attending the event and to hear your views. To register, please visit: https://bit.ly/3sZ5vRT.
If you have any questions, or if you’re not able to attend but would like more information, please email Jessica@ief.org.uk.
