This past year has been a difficult one for many, not least for our school communities. However, the IEF and the Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE) have continued to support schools and parents that are interested in finding out more about integration. As part of this support, we are holding an online event specifically for School Governors to find out more about the Transformation process and to ask questions of those who have already gone through the process.
Most of the schools that have held parental ballots, or that are currently exploring Transformation, have attended one of our events in the past and found it to be a useful tool in determining if Transformation is suitable for their context. The feedback from schools that have explored Transformation in recent years is that it also offers them a chance to “future-proof” their school for the years ahead.
Date: Thursday 27 May 2021
Location: Zoom (details will be circulated once registration is complete)
