The IEF were honoured to receive the award for the ‘Fundraising Team of the Year’ at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising NI’s Fundraising Awards yesterday. Thank you Chartered Institute of Fundraising judges for selecting our fundraising team, especially given the impressive teams nominated in this category. We could not have received the award, or achieved what we have, without our incredible supporters and donors.
We were delighted that Steve Delap and Jason Allen were able to attend the awards with us yesterday. They represented the Stiff Little Fingers family, fans and the band, who raise funds to support the work of the IEF each year through bucket collections at gigs, a percentage of t-shirt sales, a music quiz and the sale of memorabilia. The IEF would like to thank the Stiff Little Fingers family for their ongoing commitment and support for Integrated Education, and all their devoted fans for their incredible generosity.
Together IEF supporters have contributed to a Northern Ireland where over 28,000 children and young people are educated side by side together every day. There remains plenty of work to be done and the IEF is committed to continuing to work to support the growth and development of Integrated Education in Northern Ireland.
