Invitation to Tender: IMS Platform

The Integrated Education Fund (IEF) requires a secure online registration platform to record data for parents wishing to express their support for their child’s school to become Integrated.  This will replace the current platform which records, stores and processes the data entered via the web page IntegrateMySchool.com.  

Integrate My School is a website where parents can register their interest in their child’s school becoming an Integrated school. It is designed to empower parents to express their support for Integrated Education. 

It is not a voting system, but a place where parents can register their support for Transformation. Once the registrations on the website reach 10% the IEF will contact the school just to keep them informed and to encourage engagement with key stakeholders. 

Requirements will include (but not be limited to):  

• Working alongside the IEF to develop a platform which records and retains securely all legally required information.  This is to remain accessible via the IntegrateMySchool.com domain. 

• Creating a ‘back-end’ system that can be accessed by IEF staff, supported by training so staff can use this system to total the registrations per school, filter and sort this data and produce reports as required. 
• Ongoing support to maintain the platform each year (this includes, but is not limited to, updating the yearly admission enrolment totals of schools in Northern Ireland). 
• Connecting the data entered to the IEF Mail Chimp account.
