Introduction

The Integrated Education Fund (“IEF”) invites tenders for the provision of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System to support fundraising, donor stewardship, event management, and cross-departmental collaboration. This ITT is issued to selected suppliers with relevant experience in CRM implementation for charities or non-profit organisations. The successful applicant will enter into a contract with IEF for the delivery, implementation, and support of the CRM system.

 

Objective and Purpose

To procure and implement a CRM system that:

  • Centralises supporter and donor data.
  • Enhances segmentation and stewardship.
  • Integrates with existing platforms (Eventbrite, Mailchimp, JustGiving, CAF).
  • Supports GDPR compliance and secure data management.
  • Enables network mapping and supporter journey tracking.
  • Facilitates reporting, analysis, and campaign management.
  • Can enable reconciliation with our finance system.
  • Enhances event management.
  • Enables the stewardship of specific contacts to be restricted to certain users.

 

A budget of £8,000 to £15,000 is available for this project for year one costs, with ongoing annual costs not expected to exceed £3,000.
