Tender opportunity: Cross-Sector School Solutions Research

Financial Modelling and Analysis of Potential Cross-Sector School Solutions in Northern Ireland

The Integrated Education Fund (“IEF”) would like to invite your organisation to tender for the carrying out of research (the “Project”) which will, through the application of financial modelling, seek to examine both the challenges and the potential benefits associated with identified cross-sector school solutions. This analysis will consider the financial costs involved in implementing such solutions.

Please note that, in addition to this Project,  a separate Invitation to Tender is also being issued for a complementary project, available below. Each Tenderer may choose to submit proposals in relation to one or both of these projects as relevant to their experience and expertise. Tenders for the two projects will be assessed separately. While the projects will be completed separately, a joint research Steering Group will be appointed to provide opportunities for linkages.

The deadline for the submission of Tenders is 4pm on Monday 26 January 2026.

Exploring Potential Cross-Sector School Solutions in Northern Ireland

The Integrated Education Fund (“IEF”) would like to invite your organisation to tender for the carrying out of research (the “Project”) to identify, explore, compare and make recommendations regarding cross-sector solutions to school provision in Northern Ireland, including the concept of Jointly Managed Community Schools as proposed by the recent Independent Review of Education.

Please note that, in addition to this Project, a separate Invitation to Tender (ITT) is also being issued for a complementary project, available above. Each Tenderer may choose to submit proposals in relation to one or both of these projects as relevant to their experience and expertise. Tenders for the two projects will be assessed separately.
