The Council for Integrated Education (NICIE) and the Integrated Education Fund (IEF) would like to invite principals and school leaders to join them at an information event in Crumlin Road Gaol on Wednesday 23rd November.
The Council for Integrated Education (NICIE) and the Integrated Education Fund (IEF) would like to invite principals and school leaders to join them at an information event in Crumlin Road Gaol on Wednesday 23rd November.
The programme for the day will include three perspectives on Leadership and Transformation: Inspiring Positive Change.
Firstly, the event will explore Transformative Leadership and will include input from Leadership Coaches, Lynn McKeown and Michael Dunlop from Power of Choice Ltd, whose mission is to ‘empower people to make choices that make a difference’.
Anne Anderson, principal of New-Bridge Integrated College, will then share perspectives on the role of the Principal in ensuring that the ethos of the school is embedded and communicated to all aspects of the school community.
The day will conclude with Ricky Massey, principal of Integrated College Glengormley, discussing how Transformation to Integrated status was part of his school’s journey to positive change.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, have honest conversations about Transformation and think about Transformative Leadership in your context.
Places at this event are free and financial support for sub cover is available to enable staff to attend.
